Stock Orders
Most stock equipment orders placed on TaylorMadeGolf.com ship within 1-3 business days, at which point you will receive an email from FedEx with your tracking information.
If an item is currently backordered, the estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page and during checkout before your order is placed.
Custom Club Orders
Estimated ship dates for custom club orders can be viewed during the build process in Custom Shop before adding a club to your cart. If a specific component, such as a shaft or grip, is causing a delay, it will be noted in the order summary.
Orders with all components available typically ship within 15 business days or less.
If you have already placed your order, please refer to your order confirmation email for your estimated ship date.
MyProduct Clubs
- Personalized MySpider Tour orders typically ship within 6-8 weeks from the order date.
- Personalized MySpiderZT orders typically ship within 4-6 weeks from the order date.
- Personalized MyMG5 / MyHi-Toe orders typically ship within 4-6 weeks from the order date.
Custom Golf Balls
Custom golf ball orders typically ship within 3-4 weeks of purchase, although many orders ship sooner.
