Once your trade-in club is received at the evaluation facility, it typically takes 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday) for the club to be inspected and evaluated. After the evaluation is complete, your trade-in credit or digital gift card will be issued in accordance with the Trade-In Terms and Conditions.
Please note that if your trade-in was associated with a new club purchase, the original order must be fully shipped and invoiced before the trade-in credit can be issued.
