Custom Shop – Availability for new custom club orders can be viewed by building a club in Custom Shop and reviewing the summary step before adding to cart. This summary step will provide an estimated ship date and will notate any specific component (shaft, grip, etc.) that may be delaying the ship date. Custom orders with all components in stock will ship in 15 business days or less. If you have already placed an order please check your order confirmation for dating of when your order will ship.
Stock Orders – Orders for stock equipment purchased through TaylorMadeGolf.com will ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. This only applies to NON-CUSTOM equipment. If you are ordering a stock club that is currently backordered you will see the expected ship date for the product during the ordering process.
Personalized Clubs – Personalized products are being delivered within 6-8 weeks from the order date. As you track your order online, you may see “Pending Customs Release” as a current status. In such cases, know that we are working with FedEx’s international team and the customs authorities abroad to release these orders as quickly as possible.
Custom Golf Balls – Custom golf balls usually ship within 3-4 weeks of placing an order, with many orders being shipped sooner.
