Warranty Replacements
Once a warranty replacement order has been processed, most in-stock replacement products ship within 1-3 business days. If the replacement product is backordered or requires custom assembly, additional processing time may be required. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your replacement has shipped. On average, we quote 2 weeks for the entire process to be completed.

Club Repairs
Once your club is received at our facility, most repairs are completed within 5-7 business days. If additional parts are required or a component is temporarily unavailable, repair times may be extended.
You will receive email updates throughout the process, including confirmation when your repaired club has been shipped back to you along with tracking information.
